In addition to the lease back arrangement set up for the sellers of our new home, she in parallel set up a lease back arrangement for us giving all parties adequate time to move in or move out. The coordination and attention to detail displayed by Tasha for both leaseback arrangements was flawless.

We were very blessed to have found Tasha as our realtor. She was very prompt in all her communications and very organized, which was important  to me. Tasha is by far the most amazing realtor we have ever met. this is our second home, so we are aware of different behaviors with realtors (both buying and selling realtors). Tasha was exceptional. attentive, passionate and always available to answer every question we had. We were trying to buy our California home, while we were in Florida. The 3 hour time difference didn't affect Tasha at all. She was always willing to stay late, wake up early to provide the best customer service to us. She showed us over 20 homes, without complaining about travel time, conflicting schedule or lack of access.

Based on the information we gave her about what we wanted, the first house that Tasha showed us was the one we made an offer on and ended up purchasing. We were able to get the house at a price that made sense and she negotiated us good deals on contingencies. I am active duty military stationed in LA.
